Our live crawfish guarantee
Reserved sacks are guaranteed. If you order ahead, your sack is held for you. We buy reserved orders straight off the dock.
Live arrival. A few dead crawfish is normal in any live sack. If you have heavy dead loss, contact us at (205) 441-3248. Send pictures and a rough weight or percentage if you can. We handle every case individually and will work with you on a replacement, a credit toward your next order, or a refund.
Cancellations
You cancel before the order cutoff (Thursday 5 pm CT for Friday pickup, Friday 5 pm CT for Saturday pickup): full refund.
You cancel after the cutoff, or don't show without notice: we refund your order only if we can sell your sack to someone else at the same price, minus payment processing fees. Customers who order without prepaying and don't show without notice will need to prepay any future orders.
We cancel a delivery day (weather, breakdown or supply): we'll text or call you, and you can choose a full refund or move your payment to your next order.
Add-ons
Frozen add-ons (shrimp, gator, sausage, boudin) can't be returned once picked up. If something is wrong with an item, contact us and we'll make it right.
