The freshest crawfish you can get without driving to Louisiana yourself. Every sack is the prior day's catch, picked up in Louisiana and hauled to your stop in our insulated, air-conditioned trailer.
- Full sack: 30 lbs minimum
- Half sack: 15 lbs minimum
- Any weight over the minimum is yours at no extra charge
Pickup: Friday or Saturday at any Tri-State Route stop. Choose your day and stop below. We'll text you about 30 minutes before we arrive.
Ordering: Friday orders close Thursday at 5 pm CT. Saturday orders close Friday at 5 pm CT. Price follows the Louisiana market and is updated weekly.
Handling: Keep them in the sack, shaded and cool. Don't submerge them in water or seal them in an airtight container. Cook as soon as you can.
